Delivery Policy

After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

• Production lead time of each product around 14 days to 21 days. We will send via courier company (ZEN Express / J&T / BBB) for Peninsular Malaysia (Southern, Northern & East Coast)- trackable via the Website system or direct delivery by own transport within Klang Valley Area. 
• After completing production, delivery to Centre Region/ Northern Region/ Southern Region take about 2 to 3 days, East Coast about 3 to 5 days by Freight.

Proper Delivery Address

• Delivery of the Products shall be made to the address specified by you in your Order.
• You agree to bear the risk for any Products wrongly delivered due to incorrect details provided by you.
